Nexus Energía, S.A. was established in June 2000 with the backing of capital from over forty electricity distributors with a presence in the Spanish market for almost a century. Twelve years later, it is positioned as the leading Spanish independent trader behind the major operators in this sector.

The shareholding of Nexus Energía has suffered very few variations since its creation, showing the total confidence of its members. A good example of this was the last increase in share capital, resolved successfully by the shareholders during the AGM and EGM on November 23rd, 2009.

Nexus Energía capital is distributed in an equitable manner among all shareholders.
