How do I get electricity from Nexus Energía?
Switching electricity companies is quick and easy! We calculate your Nexus Energía rate with your CUPS number. If you are interested, you have to register on the website to start the contract process. You give us your details, choose which solar energy producer you want us to buy your energy from and sign the contract via email.

You don't have to process anything. Just fill out the contract form. Once you have contracted our service you will have access to your Customer Area. There you can check online or download all your bills, your energy use reports and your contract. You can also check your payments, how much energy and CO2 you have been consuming and information about your solar energy plant.
Is there a minimum-term contract with Nexus Energía?
No. You can end your contract with Nexus Energía whenever you want without having to pay any penalties. You're free!
Do I have to make any changes to the installation when I switch electricity company?
The switch to Nexus Energía is just a formality. You don’t have to make any changes to your electrical installation. Your electricity service will be maintained during the switching process. We will do the paperwork and take care of it for you. So you don't have to tell your old energy company that you're switching. It’s that simple!
What electricity rate should I get with Nexus Energía?
We have the best electricity rate you need based on your energy habits and your needs. If you don't want to worry about when you use energy and enjoy 1 single price for any time, we recommend the Stable Plan flat rate. You pay according to your energy use. If you prefer not to worry about how much you use, we have the Liberty Plan rate, where you pay the same each month. In this case, the rate is estimated based on previous consumption and is regularised at the end of the year in accordance with actual consumption.
If you prefer to use energy at cost price with 3 time bands (peak, flat, off-peak) and 3 prices, and have greater control of market prices, we recommend the Cost Price Plan rate with hourly discrimination.
How much power should I get?
The contracted power is the maximum power that can be requested. The PCS (power control switch) that you have installed prevents you from demanding more power. If you exceed the contracted power, the fuses blow.
The power you need to contract has to do with the appliances you have, how you use them and how many you use at the same time. The size of the house and how many you are at home also matters. You can contract any amount as long as it is below 15 kW (or equal to 15). The more adjusted the calculation of the electrical power is to your needs, the less you will notice it on your electricity bill.
One part of your bill refers to how much energy you consume and another to the power you have contracted. With the new 2.0TD rate, you have 2 power periods: one at P1 (peak hours) and another at P2 (off-peak hours).
